Cuban Braised Beef & Peppers

Menu:
Cuban Braised Beef and Peppers || Real Simple

We all really liked this -- a lot. Forgot the cilantro for the picture, but did add it before I ate it. Yum.

Hey-I totally am going to try this and the noodle bowl. Did using flank in a crock pot seem odd to either of you ladies?

Yes, I did. In fact, I had checked it four hours into cooking (did it on low), and still was wondering about it. But when we went to eat it, the meat pulled apart beautiful and the taste was amazing.

The flank steak shredded very easily for me and the whole meal was delicious! I cooked it on low all day long.
