Baked Fish with Lemon Aioli

Menu:
Baked Tilapia with Lemon Aioli (recipe calls for catfish) || South Beach Quick & Easy
Broccolini
Salad

1 t. dried thyme
1/8 t. cayenne pepper
1.5 lbs tilapia (or catfish fillets)
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1.5 t. fresh lemon juice
1 small garlic clove, minced
Salt and freshly ground pepper

Heat the oven to 400 F. Mix together thyme and cayenne pepper and rub into fish; season fish with salt and pepper on both sides.

Lightly coat a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Bake fish until opaque and cook throughout, about 14 minutes.

While fish is baking, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice and garlic in a small mixing bowl to make aioli. Serve fish hot with aioli.
