Easy Chili

Menu:
Easy Chili
with sour cream, cheddar cheese and avocado topping

It was 80 degrees out -- not the best weather for chili. But here's the deal. I plan my menu for the week towards the end of every week. It drives Brian nuts. And believe me, I'd love to be able to stop by the store daily to pick up what I needed instead. But this is what works for me. I only go shopping once a week -- on Saturday or Sunday. Anyhow, last week was freezing! So chili made sense. It's still one of the kid's favorite meals. We just got to enjoy it as our first meal of the season on the porch!
