Artichoke and Green Olive Soufflé

This photos does this meal no justice. It was light and fluffy and absolutely delicious. The boys are in Wisconsin, so we are able to try some meals we normally wouldn't have. Taste, I think they'd like. Texture, not so sure. But it was good.
