This meal was not a family favorite. I love the idea though, so I'm going to try it again some time. I'll probably use regular potatoes instead of sweet potatoes. And I also need to plan enough time. I was rushing, and couldn't get everything cooked quite right. Not a quick after work meal, unfortunately. The brats were amazing though!
