NOTE: Messy photo again. So many times I'm sitting down to eat and then remember to take a picture of my food. That's exactly what happened tonight. Also, I used regular lentils, not red. I stopped at Jewel, Trader Joe's and Whole Foods, and had no luck finding them. The regular ones worked just fine. I also am trying to use up everything in my pantry, so used both chicken and vegetable broth, which I think worked out great. It could easily be a vegetarian dish. Yum.
