Pasta with Cream Sauce

Orecchiette with Peas, Pancetta and Cream Sauce

I'm really not a cream sauce on my pasta gal at all. It kind of grosses me out, to be honest, and I much prefer a simple tomato sauce. But since I'm cleaning on the cabinets, and happened to have flour and milk, I thought I'd whip this up. Guess what. My kids, who don't like pasta with tomato sauce, loved it. And as it turned out, I ate more than my share of it too. It wasn't half bad. It's just not something I want to eat every day.
