We are back! Sorry for the lull. We've moved into our new house. In a new state. New city. So far so good. Still finding all of our pots and pans (and dishes and glasses) amongst the heap of boxes. But so happy to get to cook again and get back to normal. Decided to make the boy's favorite meal for our second home-cooked meal in our new house.
