Brian's participating in a triathlon in a couple days, so I figured a good carb load would be good. Used whole wheat pasta. As much as I like whole wheat pasta, I still think regular pasta is better. Oh well. This recipe was from Gwyneth Paltrow's newsletter, GOOP. I wonder if she's ever really eaten this dish. By the way, I used 6 eggs instead of 9, and it was still very creamy and delicious.
