It's just me tonight. The husband is in Quebec. The kids are at the grandparents. This never happens, and frankly, while it feels kind of good, I'm not sure I really like it. The dog and I miss everyone. I was supposed to go on a bike ride tonight, but it was cancelled, mainly due to fog. I made this so it would be ready for me afterwards. I did make it with chicken broth instead of vegetable because that is what I had. It was absolutely delicious.
