Green Salad with Basic Vinaigrette Dressing
In honor of our friend's who dined at The French Laundry this week (oh my, I can't wait to hear all about it) -- and the fact that I just picked up four farm-fresh chickens and only had room for three of them in my freezer -- I decided to make Thomas Keller's Favorite Simple Roasted Chicken. It was easy and absolutely delicious.
