Chicken Tacos


Chicken Tacos
Refried Beans, Avocados, Cheddar Cheese, Lettuce, Salsa, Flour Tortillas
Black Bean Quinoa
Jicama with Lime, Cilantro and Salt

NOTE: When I made this soup, I added two extra chicken breasts to the broth during cooking. Tonight, all I had to do was reheat the chicken in a pan with some extra spices.
