New Year's Eve.

Oh, are you in for a treat. Every Christmas, I make olive cheese puffs, and they are always a hit. Last night, we spent New Year's Eve with our friends The Frigs, and made them again (due to a casual request from P Frig). I thought I'd post the famous recipe to start off the new year. There are many olive cheese puff recipes, but not many with the secret ingredient -- Old English Cheese. And they freeze great -- just bake straight from the freezer (in fact, I think they turn out better when a bit frozen).

Grandma Helen's Olive Cheese Puffs
1/4 lb. butter
2 jars Kraft Old English cheese
1-1/2 c. flour
7 oz. olives
- Mix butter, cheese and flour together
- Drain olives and paper towel dry
- Put dough around olives
- Bake at 400 degrees until crisp
