Overcooked Beef Tenderloin

Menu:
Beef Tenderloin
Zucchini
Salad

How very un-Irish, I know. But you see, my husband is out of town, and it's his birthday today. Let's just say we are boycotting the corned beef this year. We want him home -- St. Patrick's Day is just not the same without him here.

It's not a good food week. That's for sure! However, I'm using the beef to hide Storm's antibiotics, so all is well. And the kids didn't mind. I tend to overcook beef, so they are used to it.
